The meeting has passed and registration is now closed.

• Registration includes:
• - Admission to opening plenary and reception on Wednesday 2nd November
• - Admission to all sessions on Thursday 3rd and Friday 4th November
• - Coffee and tea during the conference
• - 50% discount on admsission to the nearby University Museum at Lange Nieuwstraat 106 during the conference. Please show your conference badge to receive the discount.

• Early bird registration is from 01/06/2011 to 12/08/2011.
• Normal registration is from 13/08/2011 to 01/10/2011.
• Late registration is from 02/10/2011.

Registration fees are lower for members of the KNDV, RBZS (Royal Belgian Zoological Society) and ABIOL (Association des Biologistes Luxembourgeois) and there is also a reduction for PhD students.

Masters students from Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg may register free of charge on condition that they show their student identification number.

Please indicate whether you wish to attend the banquet on the evening of Thursday 3rd November. Tickets are an additional €45 which includes two complimentary drinks, as well as tea and coffee with the meal.

You can also choose whether you would like lunch to be provided on Thursday and Friday - this is at a cost of €15 per day.

The registration fee should be paid in advance. Payments can only be made by credit card (Mastercard, Visa) or by online bank transfer (via "iDeal", selected Dutch banks only).

Please note the registration fee does not include transportation or hotel accomodation.

• CANCELLATION POLICY
• Cancellation requests should be made in writing to the FSC Conference Office. If notification is received by the 16th September, a refund of 75% will be made. If notification is received between the 16th September and 21st October, the refund will be 50%. There will be no refund for cancellations made after the 21st October.
