The meeting is being hosted by Utrecht University and will take place at the Academiegebouw on the Domplein in the heart of Utrecht, adjacent to the Dom tower and St Martin's Cathedral. This historic building encompasses the 'Aula' auditorium where the Union of Utrecht was signed in 1579, marking the foundation of the Dutch republic.

Universiteit Utrecht Utrecht University was founded in 1636 and is the largest university in the Netherlands, with nearly 30,000 students and over 8,500 staff spread across 7 faculties and three campuses within the city of Utrecht. It has an excellent international reputation and was recently ranked as the premier university in the Netherlands.

Utrecht is the fourth largest city in the Netherlands and is located in the geographical centre of the country. Utrecht has excellent rail links to major cities in the Netherlands and beyond, and is a 30 minute train ride from Amsterdam Airport Schiphol. Utrecht is an important historical city in the Netherlands, and the attractive city centre is ringed by canals and contains many historic buildings from the middle ages.

Accomodation is not being reserved for attendees, however there are extensive accomodation options in Utrecht city centre, ranging from youth hostels up to 5-star hotels.
