IWe perform analyses of  10Be, 14C, 26Al, 36Cl, and 41Ca. The table list the properties in relation to the analytical performance. The analytical precision is determined from the measured isotope ratios and the background. In the case of 14C the simultaneously measured 13C is used to monitor the stability and the fractionation and results in reliable precision values as confirmed in the Fourth International Radiocarbon Intercomparison (FIRI).

The detection limits are partly due to interfering isobars. Generally, samples to be analyzed have to contain at least about a million atoms of interest.
