Title: "Supersymmetry and Colliders"

Abstract:
I begin by very basic discussion of the current status of the SM and issues with Dynamical Electro Weak Symmetry breaking, motivating Supersymmetry. Then I cover briefly basic Supersymmetry formalism, free superfields in superspace, interacting superfields, a discussion of general aspects of supersymmetry breaking, and construction of the MSSM Lagrangian with softly broken SUSY. I will then discuss some aspects of the expected sparticle spectra, including the Higgs sector and follow it by a discussion of sparticle phenomenology, mainly at colliders, and possibilities offered by the LHC.

Final examination will consist of seminars or term papers on developments in these topics
